Responsible for organizing and preparing medals, ribbons, and award materials so that the award ceremonies run smoothly and on time. This volunteer leads the awards preparation area, supports awards volunteers, and works closely with the announcer, sports officials, and event staff to ensure every athlete is recognized accurately and with dignity.
