Volunteer Responsibilities:
As a volunteer at the toy distribution tent, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Ticket Redemption: Collect and redeem tickets from festival attendees to exchange for toys.
2. Toy Organizing and Replenishment: Keep the toy displays well-organized and fully stocked. This involves regularly checking inventory and replenishing toys as needed. Some lifting is required to move boxes of toys.
3. Customer Service: Provide friendly and helpful assistance to festival attendees, answering questions and guiding them through the toy selection process. Ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
4. Seated Positions Available: For those who prefer or require it, seated positions are available to assist with tasks such as ticket redemption and customer service.
Your role is essential in creating a fun and memorable experience for festival-goers. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help bring joy to many children and families.
