As a Merchandise Assistant, you play a key role in creating a welcoming and organized shopping experience for guests. This position supports the setup, operation, and breakdown of the merchandise boutique, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and customers receive excellent service. Your efforts enhance the overall event experience and contribute to SOSC Athletes' fundraising success.
Volunteer Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup and organization of the boutique, ensuring displays are neat and visually appealing.
- Provide excellent customer service by supporting guests with merchandise selection and purchases, including answering questions and communicating with a supervisor when needed.
- Help with the breakdown and packing of the merchandise boutique at the end of the event, maintaining proper inventory handling.
