- Tear down tables, chairs, signage, and fencing
- Assist vendors and SOSC staff with packing up materials
- Fold and stack chairs, pack supplies, and return items to designated storage bins
- Help collect trash, recycling, and clean high-traffic areas
- Ensure face paint, Kid Zone, and check-in booths are cleaned and wiped down
- Load trucks or vehicles with event materials
- Do a final sweep of the venue to ensure nothing is left behind
