Document key moments, including: Guest arrivals, Reception and Silent Auction Program highlights and honoree awards (Hall of Fame, Unsung Hero, Athlete of the Year, Rockstar, Excellence in Leadership). Sponsor recognition. Capture candid shots of guests and event activities to showcase the atmosphere and energy. Ensure high-quality images that reflect the spirit and success of the event.

Set up the silent auction table and assist with arranging and moving items. Support the live auction, including passing out items to winning bidders. Collect bid sheets at the end of the silent auction and deliver them to the registration team. Provide assistance as needed to ensure the auction runs efficiently and guests have a positive experience.
