As an Event Photographer, you’ll capture the most memorable moments of the gala, ensuring guests, honorees, and sponsors are highlighted in a professional and engaging way. This role is ideal for volunteers with photography experience who enjoy storytelling through images.

Requirement: 

Must have own camera equipment suitable for event photography. Ability to adapt to different lighting conditions and capture clear, well-composed images. Comfortable moving throughout the venue to capture various perspectives.

Responsibilities:

Document key moments, including: Guest arrivals, Reception and Silent Auction Program highlights and honoree awards (Hall of Fame, Unsung Hero, Athlete of the Year, Rockstar, Excellence in Leadership). Sponsor recognition. Capture candid shots of guests and event activities to showcase the atmosphere and energy. Ensure high-quality images that reflect the spirit and success of the event.

As part of the Auction Crew, you’ll play a key role in creating a smooth and enjoyable auction experience for guests. This position is perfect for detail-oriented volunteers who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and helping guests participate in one of the event’s most exciting activities.

Responsibilities:

Set up the silent auction table and assist with arranging and moving items. Support the live auction, including passing out items to winning bidders. Collect bid sheets at the end of the silent auction and deliver them to the registration team. Provide assistance as needed to ensure the auction runs efficiently and guests have a positive experience.

As a Utility Volunteer, you’ll be the go-to person for a variety of essential tasks that keep the event running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, adaptable, and ready to jump in wherever help is needed.

Responsibilities:

Assist with event logistics, including unloading and loading supplies. Set up and take down signage throughout the venue. Prepare key areas, such as the Awards Table and auction space. Support the Sponsor an Athlete program and other event initiatives. Provide general assistance with a wide range of tasks to ensure a successful event.
