Assist Head Coach with creating, organizing and conducting a comprehensive sports training program. Assist in the management of Athlete eligibility and/or medical files. Responsible for abiding by the Coaches Code of Conduct. Teach all athletes the rules of the sport and sportsmanship. Assist Head Coach in the preparation of Athletes for higher-level competition advancement. Create and maintain a positive and fun environment for all athletes.
