As an Event Photographer, you’ll capture the most memorable moments of the gala, ensuring guests, honorees, and sponsors are highlighted in a professional and engaging way. This role is ideal for volunteers with photography experience who enjoy storytelling through images.
Requirement:
- Must have own camera equipment suitable for event photography.
- Ability to adapt to different lighting conditions and capture clear, well-composed images.
- Comfortable moving throughout the venue to capture various perspectives.
Responsibilities:
- Document key moments, including:
- Guest arrivals, Reception and Silent Auction Program highlights and honoree awards (Hall of Fame, Unsung Hero, Athlete of the Year, Rockstar, Excellence in Leadership). Sponsor recognition.
- Capture candid shots of guests and event activities to showcase the atmosphere and energy.
- Ensure high-quality images that reflect the spirit and success of the event.
