- Unload event supplies and equipment (signage, tables, chairs, banners, fencing, etc.)
- Set up check-in tables, athlete area, vendor space, raffle/merch booths, and Kid Zone
- Assist with ring-side area setup (roping off space, signage, water stations)
- Hang banners and signage around the venue as directed
- Set up cones, canopies, trash cans, and directional signs
- Help vendors or sponsors get settled in their designated spaces
- Assist event lead or staff with miscellaneous tasks
- Ensure areas are safe, accessible, and guest-ready before doors open
