Through the power of sports, people with intellectual disabilities discover new strengths and abilities, skills, and success. The athletes find joy, confidence and fulfillment -- on the playing field and in life. They also inspire people in their communities and elsewhere to open their hearts to a wider world of human talents and potential, so come out and join us on Saturday, October 3rd to support our SELA-Lakewood athletes! Special Olympics athletes from Southeast Los Angeles and surrounding areas will compete in the 2025 SELA - Lakewood Area Softball Competition.
Please note:
- The minimum age to volunteer as an individual is 14 years old.
- Each individual is required to have their own email address to register (Group registration allowed for certain roles).
- All volunteer shifts are assigned on a first come, first serve basis
