Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support a group of Lane Monitors (5-6 lanes) throughout the competition. Serve as the first point of contact for any lane-level issues, including scoring errors, athlete discrepancies, or equipment concerns. Act as the liaison between the lane monitor and the front desk/venue staff. Ensure Lane Monitors are actively engaging with athletes, maintaining a safe and orderly lane environment, and following all competition protocols.
