Volunteer Responsibilities: 

Assist in the setup and organization of the boutique, ensuring displays are neat and visually appealing.  Provide excellent customer service by supporting guests with merchandise selection and purchases, including answering questions and communicating with a supervisor when needed.Help with the breakdown and packing of the merchandise boutique at the end of the event, maintaining proper inventory handling.

Support Venues and provide oversight.

Announce the days events including Opening Ceremony and Track & Field. Oversee volunteers assigned as Announcer Assistant.

 

QUALIFICATIONS: Prior approval from Event Director

REPORTS TO: Event Director

Responsibilities:

Renders first aid, additional patient care, and triage within his/her scope of practice and professional standards, assignment of work, and capability of the location; First Aid certification minimally needed. 

 

Responsibilities:

Assist volunteers with the check-In process. Provide volunteer direction to where they will be supporting the event.

Qualifications: Stable under pressure. Organized.
